Developer TM's turnover in the last year amounted to 260 million euros

By 2021, TM Grupo Inmobiliario reached a total turnover of 258 million euros. This figure was surpassed in the last invoiced year with a total of up to 260 million. It would be slightly higher than 2021 and 61% more than in 2020, as reported on its official website. 

At the same time, it was announced that ebitda also rose last year to 62 million euros (6.6% more than in 2021). The net profit is not known, however in the previous year in 2021 the company earned 41.6 million, according to the Commercial Registry.

The company is currently in the TOP 10 of the real estate development sector in Spain and in the hotel business in Mexico (in which it remains, reaching 65 million euros in 2022).

TM Grupo Inmobiliario says that during 2022 it made a significant investment of 31.5 million in the purchase of land to implement its next Strategic Plan, which will begin between 2024-2027. It currently has 21 projects underway and has sold a total of 524 homes in 2022, with customer satisfaction of up to 96%; two percentage points higher than in 2021.

The TM client profile includes 37 nationalities, with the international market standing out (indicating that 8 out of every 10 purchases come from this market). Among the nationalities with the most transactions are Poland (21%), Belgium (13%), Germany (9%) and the Netherlands (5%). The percentage of Spanish customers is 19%.

The Torrevieja-based company assures that it will meet all the objectives of its 2020-2023 Strategic Plan, despite the uncertainties caused by the pandemic, the war in Ukraine, inflation and the increase in raw materials.

In terms of activity in the first quarter of the year, TM has already secured 95% of this year's turnover targets.
